How easy is it to make changes to my site?
Making changes to your site is a breeze with our Content Management System. All the text editing features and icons are familiar and intuitive. And if you want to add or edit photos, it's a snap with the Image Library.

If you come out with another site after I've purchased one that I like better, can I switch?
Sure! You can switch designs anytime you like. There is a $100 setup charge to install and configure the new site.



Do I have to host my site with Bodysite Builder?
Yes. Our Content Management System relies heavily on pre-configured articles and photo libraries that reside on our servers for legal and licensing reasons.



I don't have a logo. Do you design logos?
Yes. Our design department can work with you to develop a logo that fits your business and your personality. See our services page for more information on design services.



I already have a website and would like to switch to one of your sites. How do I do this?
We'll set up a temporary site for you so you can make any changes you want. When you're ready to switch to your new site, simply point your domain name servers to our site. We can help you if you're not sure how it's done.



What is a domain name?
A domain name is a unique web site name that identifies your site on the Internet. For example, our domain name is bodysitebuilder.com.



What is web hosting?
Web hosting refers to the place where your website actually resides. Your host enables your site to be accessible to the world via the Internet.



How long will it take to get my website?
Your site will be up in 5 business days or less. You can access your site as soon as it's ready. Remember, it won't be accessible by your domain name (www.yourname.com) until you register the domain and point it to our servers. Let us know right away that you need a domain name or a domain transfer, and there shouldn't be any delay. See our Add-Ons page for domain registration services if you'd like us to handle the registration for you.



Will my website design be search engine friendly?
Our websites are created with search engines in mind and the website design is compliant with search engine guidelines. We provide a tool in our content management system that enables you to add your own keywords and site description to maximize your site's visibility in the search engines.



Can I get e-mail with my website?
Yes. All our sites come with 100 email addresses or accounts and a web-based service that lets you check your mail from any computer, in addition to regular email programs like "Outlook" and Mac's "Mail". You'll likely want to set up several emails right away like info@yoursite.com and yourname@yoursite.com.
